And Yes the CAPITALisation Is Not a Typo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">On May 18th, Skolera held a live webinar where a discussion took place about the steps of supervision, the roles and language of the supervisor, and some insightful tips on how supervisors can deal with their teams.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ms Basma Abd Elhamied, the founder of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TEFLship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">TEFlship<\/span>,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> addressed the main elements of supervision including the steps, the roles, and the language of the supervisor. Mr Wael Khattab, Skolera\u2019s CPO, gave insights into the processes of reporting, analysis and supervision using Skolera\u2019s platform. The webinar was hosted by Dr Khadija El-Bedweihy, Skolera\u2019s founder and CEO. The Webinar has seen a high rate of attendance with great interaction from the attendees. The attendees thanked both the speakers and Dr Khadija El-Bedweihy, founder and CEO of the company, for Skolera\u2019s monthly virtual webinars that offer a great benefit to education professionals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the webinar, the speakers took the time to respond to questions from the attendees and were promised to receive certificates for participation.
