Skolera was ranked fourth among the top 20 learning management systems for schools worldwide, in terms of user experience according to the list of elearningindustry.com , The list was published in February 2018, the criteria of ranking include ease of use, the efficiency of tasks completion, suitability to the current needs of the school and achieve the objectives of the educational process, as well as the probability of referring the system to new users. This follows the continuous efforts of the Scolera team over the last two years to continuously develop the system and add many new features to facilitate communication between all parties of the educational process, and the development of the way of dealing with courses in non-traditional ways to ensure that students are motivated. We would like to thank all the schools that use Skolera LMS, as they are the main participants in this success and any future successes we achieve.
As part of the Skolera team's efforts to keep up with the latest developments in the field of education and the latest teaching technologies, Hisham Hammam, Director of Marketing and Sales of Skolera Middle East, attended the conference of AdvancED International academic accreditation for schools, that has been held in February 2018 at Riyadh schools under the sponsorship of the Saudi minister of education. The conference was attended by Mr. Abdulrahman Alghofaili, the director general of Riyadh schools, members of of AdvancED organization and many education experts from around the world. The conference was one of the largest events in the field of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the number of attendees were 800, and held 127 training sessions and workshops for teachers and school principals and 22 side training sessions, 120 students of Riyadh schools have participated in the conference organizing, Mr. Hesham has explained the main features of Skolera learning management system to the attendees who showed a notable interest and interaction.
Skolera’s commitment to provide the best possible experience for all its users has been tested and recognized by the independent review platform FinancesOnline. FinancesOnline grants the Great User Experience Award to “products that offer especially good user experience” based on “how easy it is to start using the product and how well-designed its interface and features are to facilitate the work process.” Skolera has also received the Rising Star Award from FinancesOnline. The award, which recognizes recently launched products that “are already getting good traction with the customers and are viewed as services that are really efficient,” further confirms Skolera’s effectiveness and outstanding customer experience.
Skolera LMS is recently implemented in 3 new schools in Egypt to manage their education process workflow. Notion International School, Forsan American School, and Forsan International Playschool are the most recent schools to join Skolera Schools Community. Forsan International Schools are located in Alexandria, and Notion International School is located in Giza, its a Cambridge Associate School in Egypt and authorized to teach Cambridge primary and secondary curriculum.
We were pleased to attend AdvancED Global conference that had been held in November 2017 at Dr. Nermien Ismail Language School in Cairo.We have met with Mr. Sherif Eltaweel, the Regional Director of AdvancED organization "The Middle East and Africa" and Mrs. Maha Bawazeer, the Founder of Global Education Consultancy.
Skolera representatives will be attending the largest educational event in Africa next week. EduWeek, a two-day conference and exhibition in Johannesburg, South Africa, is dubbed “The largest multi-sectoral gathering of education specialists.” From 12-13 July, 2017, over 5,500 visitors from over 40 countries will meet at the Gallagher Convention Centre. Over 150 educational service providers will also be present. Skolera is dedicated to help advance education through modern technology both in Africa and around the world. Skolera representatives will attend EduWeek to learn more about the educational needs of the continent, discuss the issues with experts, professionals, and related businesses, and discuss our products and solutions.
